WHO ARE WE?
The Plaid Jackets are a professional backing band in Southern Ontario featuring a multi-talented set of diverse musicians. Junior (drummer, band-leader) brings his stage/ lighting, recording studio and industry experience & knowledge to the table. The Plaid Jackets goal is to showcase the artist and help nurture musical growth within their career. Once Junior had his vision it was clear Drew Danko (bass) was his first call. Drew plays with the most satisfying feel which inherently bring out his family roots in Canadian Rock history. Drew also has a degree in audio engineering. Chris Mitchell (guitars, banjo, mandolin, keyboards, lap steel) brings his multi-instrumental skills to the team along with his Bachelor's of Music Degree from Humber College.
